It seems better, but it's not. Terra is still being drained and kept drained, only now the offending script is populating far more planets than before. Sure, the scraps the rest of us are getting are now bigger, but they're still scraps comparatively speaking.
The behavior hasn't stopped.
At 500k colonists per day, Terra should have all the colonists any of us who aren't scripting 24/7 could want.
I've logged in several times throughout the last 24 hours to colonize and I think the highest I saw it was at 4k colonists.
Sounds like a lot right? Only it's not. 4k colonists is only 11-12 minutes of regen. It's peanuts.
